At present, Alzheimer's disease affects nearly 5.8 million people.  Recent studies indicate that six out of ten Alzheimer's patients will wander.

SEARCHING FOR LOVED ONES

Imagine how much time it takes to organize a search and rescue team and several volunteers, get everyone to a search area, describe the special needs, health problems and descriptions before the actual search can even begin!

With the aid of the transmitter/bracelet the person wears, Vermont State Police Search and Rescue Team will come to the location using their receiver tuned to the frequency that your loved one is wearing.  They will also contact the local agencies to aid in the search.

The transmitter/bracelet is water resistant and shock resistant.  The transmitter is activated with a lithium battery that has an approximate forty-five day to sixty day life.    We mail the supplies to the caregiver to change the battery and band.
